Our web site is designed to aid fathers in maintaining a solid working and informed relationship with your local court in matters concerning child support and custody proceedings. We have designed this site to be easy to use as well as up to date with information, forms and referral sources to aid you in your quest to receive fair and equal treatment in matters concerning child support and custody matters. 

As a father, you should be informed about your rights. The objective of this web site is to put all of the information necessary to educate yourself in matters involving domestic relations. "A Fathers Rights" is also a firm supporter of  family court reform in the areas of child support and custody. We are seeking as many supporters of the Uniform Parental Rights Enforcement and Protection Act (UPREPA), legislation that we feel needs to be passed in the best interest of children and parents alike.

This web site is a continuing work in progress, if you have found that this site is missing any information or forms required to keep it up to date or functional.
